Hotel Bettendorf and Conference Center, in Bettendorf, Iowa, for a
full schedule of educational sessions including Health, Life,
Disability, Workers’ Compensation, Fraud and Personal/Management.
On Sunday evening, we will be entertained by the comedy team of “Guys with Ties” in the exhibit hall. Hotel accommodations are at the Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf and Conference Center. The Midwest Claim Association has secured a limited number of rooms at a special conference rate of $98.95 per night which includes taxes and facility fee. All rooms include wi-fi internet access.

Guests are welcome to attend all food events with an attendee with a paid registration. The guest fee includes the Sunday night Welcome Reception, Monday breakfast, and Monday lunch for $125.00. Guests may also register for the optional Golf Outing on Sunday, April 22, 2018 for $130.00. The Golf Outing includes a box lunch with beverages at TPC Deere Run. Lunch starts at 10:45 A.M. followed by rolling tee times beginning at 11:30 A.M. Guest registration does not allow guests to the educational sessions or the exhibit hall on Monday. Guest admittance to the Welcome Reception and meals must be accompanied by a fully registered Conference Attendee at all times. Conference badges are included in the Welcome packet and may be checked at the entrance of events. Cancellations – Exhibitor fees cancelled on or before Friday, Jan. 26, 2018 will receive a 75% refund of payment. Cancellations received after this date (Feb. 23,2018) will not receive a refund.

Canvassing or distributing advertising matter outside the exhibitor’s own space is prohibited. Solicitation of business at the conference, except by registered exhibiting companies, is prohibited. You may not publicize and/or
maintain any extracurricular activities, inducements or demonstrations away from the exhibit hall during the open exhibit hall hours listed in the schedule.
